Recently I made about 70 mini chocolate dipped cupcakes!
And I'll give you some tips on how I made them.
First, I made my perfect, secret vanilla cupcake recipe. They come up nice and flat, and golden brown with a rich vanilla taste.
Second, I added my homemade buttercream frosting by using a decorated tip & a piping bag. These are even delicious with out the chocolate! After I frosted them, I set them in the fridge so the frosting could harden.
Third, I dipped them in melted Ghiradelli semi sweet chocolate & added sprinkles on top. And then put them back in the fridge to harden the chocolate. & wolahh!
