So I thought as my gift to her, I would make her a cake for her party. To stick with the beach theme, the cake is decorated like the ocean and a sandy beach. It is a lemon cake filled with lemon & cream cheese frosting. The main part of the cake is frosted with cream cheese frosting, and the decorative frosting is my secret buttercream frosting!
